The type of excitation system of this voltage regulator is SHUNT. This type of AVR is specific to new generators without coal or without brushes (Brush Less).
This voltage regulator only has a single-phase input of 220 V. And it only applies to Leroy Somer generators. The Leroy Somer R220 regulator is available in the market in two original forms, French or Chinese.
